Welcome to Livonia Public Schools Early On!

My name is Ashley Liedel and I am an Early On Support Teacher.

My Goals as an Early On Support Teacher:

• Provide Early On families with coaching and demonstrate learning, play and communication activities to positively impact their child's development  
• Provide support, encouragement, and tips to aid family routines
• Provide resources to support children's development  
• Help advocate for Early On children/families

My Educational Background: 

I have been working in the education field since 2009!  Prior to starting as an Early On Support Teacher for Livonia Public Schools, I taught Kindergarten and Young 5’s for 12 years.  I graduated from Central Michigan University (FIRE UP CHIPS!) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education specializing in math, reading, and child development.  I completed the Master of Arts in Education program at Michigan State University with a graduate degree in literacy and special education in 2014. 

About Mrs. Liedel:

I have been married to my husband, Toby, since 2010 and we have three daughters, Montgomery, Emersyn and Graceyn as well as two labradoodle dogs, Mocha and Biggby.  We have experience as a family with Early On as my youngest daughter received Early On services for a speech delay.
