New Student Enrollment

  • Welcome to Holmes Middle School!! We’re thrilled that you will soon be enrolling your child in our school. There are a few steps that you need to take to complete the enrollment process. Please see the instructions listed below:


    1. Gather the required documents (see link below).

    2. Pick up a registration packet from our school office or you may print off the registration packet found online (see link below). 

    3. You may also complete your registration packet online and then print it (see link below).  Either way, please DO NOT print out the forms double-sided.

    4. Review the Course Description Booklets; print and fill out a Course Selection Form (see link below).

    5. Call Patrice Bushart at (734) 744-2675 x38902 to make an appointment to complete the registration process in person. Please make sure to have all of your documentation with you at the time of registration.


    Please note: Appointment hours for registration: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 3:00 pm. Our building will be closed for Labor Day on Friday, August 29 and Monday, September 2.
