Welcome to Holmes Health and Physical Education with Mrs. Adams.  I have been teaching in Livonia since 1999.

My goal as a teacher is to help my students become lifelong learners and to be active throughout their lives.

On a personal note, I have have been married for 20 years and we have 3 children who are all LPS students. 

We enjoy camping, sports and I love to scrapbook.
