Welcome to Second Grade!  My name is Alison Yu and this will be my sixth year teaching second grade at Niji-Iro. I love teaching second grade! Prior to coming to Niji Iro, I taught English for a year in Gwangju, South Korea to upper elementary students. I graduated with a Master of Arts in Teaching degree from Wayne State University. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Michigan State University. Go Green! In my spare time I enjoy traveling near and far, watching movies, and discovering new restaurants and coffee shops with friends.
