Welcome!

I'm Ms. King. This year I'm teaching 8th grade ELA (English Language Arts).

I've enjoyed teaching both 7th and 8th grade ELA in Livonia for the past 25 years. My favorite part of my job is helping students find books they love to read. 

I also love dogs, especially my dogs. Gavin and Logan are my canine children and I spoil them. Students are likely to hear a lot about my dogs this year.

Some hobbies I like are reading, making pottery, crocheting, playing the flute, and walking my dogs. I have a 10 year old niece and a 12 year old nephew that I love spending time with. We started Geocaching this summer and had a lot of fun.
