My career I began working in public schools in 2000 as a para educator in Northville Public Schools.  I worked there for seven yearsa s I attend classes at Wyne State University.  In 2007 I was hired to teach at the Skill Center; I taugh Life Skills for one year and  Retail Services at JC Penney’s for six years.  After seven years at the skill center I worked in a middle school resource room at Holmes Middle School for six years.  In 2019 a teaching position became available at the skill center and I decided it was time for me to return home.  I am thrilled to be back working with such wonderful students and staff!
