I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to Hoover Elementary School. Kindergarten will be a year of tremendous social and academic growth!  As a teacher, I feel fortunate to be part of this amazing growth you will witness in your child this school year.

This will be my 23rd year teaching with Livonia Public Schools and my 17th year at Hoover.  I love my role as a Kindergarten teacher and am grateful to have spent the majority of my career working with these young learners.  I have both a Bachelor's and Master's degree from the University of Michigan - Dearborn, along with my ZA Endorsement (Early Childhood Education Endorsement). I am married and have two wonderful teenage children. In my free time I enjoy traveling, hiking, spending time with my family, and reading a good book.
